Solvenza Solutions is the staffing company behind Solvenza Academy. Upon completing all 3 pillars and the practical evaluation, you enter their pre-qualified candidate pool, which receives real remote job opportunities from U.S. companies.
How long does it take to complete the program?
The full program is designed to be completed in 3 to 6 months at your own pace, dedicating 5 to 10 hours per week. You can go at your own pace — lifetime access is included.
How does the ISA (Income Share Agreement) work?
With the ISA you pay $0 today — enrollment is completely free. Once you earn $800+/mo with a U.S. client, you pay 12% of your monthly salary for 18 months, with a maximum total cap of $1,800 USD. If you don't land a remote job, you pay absolutely nothing. Spots are limited per cohort and require an eligibility evaluation.
Are the certifications recognized?
They are Solvenza Academy certifications backed by Solvenza Solutions. Not university degrees, but they demonstrate real, verified skills from the company that will place you with U.S. clients — that gives them concrete value.
Do I need an advanced English level to join?
No. The program starts from a basic-intermediate level. The Professional English pillar is specifically designed to take you to the remote communication level that U.S. companies expect.
